Dillon Soniat

Dillon Soniat is a Project Engineer at Shintech, Inc. since September 2021, previously serving as a Project Coordinator at UP Professional Solutions® from February 2020 to September 2021, and as an Engineering Intern at Miscellaneous Steel Specialties, LLC from December 2013 to February 2020. Dillon's experience includes performing structural steel take-offs for cost estimation, supporting production management, maintaining client relations, and providing project management and engineering support. Dillon also gained hands-on experience in material handling and fabrication processes, and drafted detailed drawings using AutoCAD. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Chustz Electric, LLC, where Dillon learned to interpret electrical blueprints and assist in various electrical installation tasks. Dillon holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Louisville and has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University, along with an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baton Rouge Community College.
