Shinwa Precision Hungary Ltd. is a Japanese based TIER2 automotive company with 250 employees in Miskolc established in 1998, became the part of JVC Kenwood group (https://www.jvckenwood.com/en.html) since 2015. Keeping the customer satisfaction in main focus, the company produces high quality decorative plastic components - infotainment units, climate control units, decorative panels and buttons - to vehicle interiors by plastic injection, painting, laser engraving, final assembly and testing. As the part of portfolio and technology extension the installation of new SMT lines started 7 years ago. For now the company operates as an EMS supplier as well besides the plastic segment.

* 50 injection machines (1K, 2K, 3K) from 18 to 400 tonnes, 
*3 Venjakob flat-bed painting machines equipped with CO2 cleaning system, UV lamps (high-gloss) and 2K mixing units, 
*20 laser engraving machines, 
*several assembly lines equipped with specific greasing, welding, inspection and test machines partly in level 8 clean room, 
*2 new SMT lines with AOI/AXI,
*doing plastic and electronic assembly of components including functional and visual testing 
in 15.000m2 building area.	

Shinwa has all relevant certifications - IATF 16949, ISO, 9001, ISO 14001 - and follows VDA 6.3 and IPC CLASS3 standards.
