Ben Barth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ben began their career in 2002 as a Field Tester at Snowbear Ltd. Ben then worked as a Construction Worker at Maplewood Construction in 2006. In 2007, they joined Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning as a Web Developer.

In 2009, Ben joined OpenText as a Software Developer and later took on the role of Mobile Software Developer. Ben also served as a Software Development Team Lead.
