Our company isn't just another entity; it's a vibrant team committed to innovation, transparency, and effective collaboration.

Our founders, led by cruise industry veteran Jim Barreiro de Leon, are professionals who have honed their skills at leading ship management companies. Jim is particularly passionate about assembling teams, both ashore and onboard, crafting them to be tailor-made for each unique scenario, ensuring optimal performance and cohesion. Displeased with the conventional approach, they joined forces to pursue a new direction for ship management, emphasizing practicality and real-world results. We prioritize your success and well-being, challenging industry norms and setting new standards.

With offices in key maritime hubs worldwide, our global reach ensures we deliver superior maritime services everywhere. Join us in redefining the future of ship management.
