Company ‘Ship Trade House’ with head office in Athens (Greece) was founded in 2009. The main activity is ship sale / purchase service and management of commercial fleet vessels.

Since the STH establishment, more than 200 vessels have been sold via Company for a total value of 500 million USD. Both dry and wet fleet, starting from coasters up to the biggest tonnage ships.

Has experience in managing vessels from 1,000 to 120,000 tons deadweight. 

The Company provides full range of services, connected with the fleet sale/purchase and management:

- Vessel’s evaluation.
- Pre-purchase inspection of the vessel.
- Sale & Purchase.
- Projects (new-building projects of the vessels and water equipment, modernization, etc.).
- Guidance on actual S&P market situation.
- Full or partial management of the vessel.
