Heidi Pili

Heidi Pili serves as the Director of Technology Governance, Risk and Compliance at ShipBob since August 2023. Prior to this role, Heidi spent over a decade at CDW, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance program and managing an integrated IT risk program. Earlier in her career, at Crowe Horwath LLP, Heidi managed multimillion-dollar IT internal audit plans and led projects in supply chain management consulting. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
