Operations Team

The Operations Team at ShipCalm is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end e-commerce shipping and operations processes for small- to medium-sized businesses. This includes managing technical logistics, warehouse operations, direct-to-consumer order fulfillment, and ensuring efficient and effective operational strategies. The team is led by the Vice President of Operations and includes specialized roles such as Technical Operations Specialists, DTC Operations Specialists, and general and supervisory management positions.
