Jim Gardner has extensive experience in the fulfillment industry, with their most recent role as the Head of Business Development at Shipfusion. In this position, they oversaw D2C eCommerce, multichannel, marketplace, and B2B fulfillment operations. Prior to Shipfusion, Jim worked as a Senior Sales Account Executive at Swyft and as a Senior Account Executive at Rakuten Super Logistics, where they specialized in fast and accurate eCommerce order fulfillment. Jim also served as the VP of Sales & Marketing at PLANET FULFILLMENT, where they provided integrated product manufacturing, packaging, branding, and fulfillment solutions for online retailers. Before joining PLANET FULFILLMENT, Jim worked as the Director of eCommerce Fulfillment at Saddle Creek Corporation and as a Sales Director at AtLast Fulfillment. Jim also held the position of eCommerce Marketing Director at Islanders Coastal Outfitter, where they managed paid search campaigns and email marketing initiatives. Furthermore, Jim has experience in sales and marketing as the National Director of Sales & Marketing at IQ Agency and as the Vice-Chairman of the Board at Military Debt Management Agency, where they launched and scaled a charitable organization.

Jim Gardner attended the University of Florida from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Economics. Jim then pursued a Webmaster Certification at Florida State University from 2001 to 2002, specializing in Web/Multimedia Design. In 1995, Jim also completed a program at The University of Georgia's Southern Management Institute, although the specific degree obtained is unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Jim Gardner has acquired additional certifications. In February 2018, they earned the Integrity Selling certification from Integrity Solutions. Furthermore, in March 2023, they obtained the Sandler Sales Mastery certification from Sandler.
