Leon Chen

Leon Chen is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Composition Capital, a growth capital firm based in Los Angeles, focused on technology and technology-enabled services in the lower middle market. They have served as a Board Member for several companies, including Fullscript, Decisiv, and Shipfusion, and were previously a Board Observer for organizations such as Cloudbreak Health and Arbolus. Chen has extensive experience in private equity and investment banking, having held positions at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and Citigroup, among others. They earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
