Sean Young

Sean Young is the Vice President of Sales at ShipMonk, where they drive the growth and performance of the sales team across the US. With over a decade of sales leadership experience, Sean has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering collaboration and innovation. Prior to ShipMonk, Sean served as the Regional Sales Director at Stericycle, where they led sales strategy for the North region and received multiple accolades for outstanding performance. Sean began their career in law enforcement before transitioning to sales, where they also excelled as a Service and Precision Technician and Sales Representative. They are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
