Scott Hale

Scott Hale is the Chief Financial Officer at ShipNetwork, a position held since 2022. Previously, Scott served as the CFO at FirstMile from 2014 to 2025, overseeing cash flow, treasury management, and budgeting for the rapidly growing eCommerce fulfillment company. Prior to that, Scott worked at Grant Thornton LLP, first as a Manager and then as a Senior Associate, where they demonstrated strong leadership and exceptional process management skills. Scott holds a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University, earned in 2008.
