Daniel Kraus has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the tech industry. Daniel currently serves as the Vice President of Products at Shippabo, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal at Kraus Advisors, starting in August 2022.

Kraus has also held significant positions at other companies. At Threshold 360, where they were the CEO from March 2019 to August 2022, they successfully transformed the company into a market-leading SaaS platform in the Travel & Hospitality space. Daniel increased revenue, grew the customer base, and expanded into new industries. Daniel also served as a Board Member at Threshold 360 during the same period. Before becoming the CEO, Kraus was the Chief Product Officer from October 2018 to February 2019, where they led the design and implementation of new products and innovative analytics systems.

Prior to their time at Threshold 360, Kraus served as the Vice President of Product at ShareIQ from December 2017 to October 2018. Daniel was responsible for driving the product vision and strategy for the company's media analysis and valuation platform. Daniel also held the role of Chief Product Officer at Socialbakers from March 2017 to November 2017, where they oversaw the product portfolio for the leading Social Media Management & Analytics Platform.

Earlier in their career, Kraus held leadership positions at HERE, a digital map and location services platform provider, where they served as the Director of Core Platform Product Management from June 2012 to March 2017. Daniel was responsible for executing platform strategies across multiple R&D and Operations groups. Before that, they co-founded and served as the CEO of React Entertainment, a games production company, from March 2009 to December 2014. Daniel also worked as the Director of Global Products, Visuals at NAVTEQ, Inc from September 2009 to June 2012, and as a Consultant at Mixamo from April 2009 to September 2009.

Daniel Kraus has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields. Daniel obtained a Professional Certificate in Quantum Computing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019. In the same year, they also earned a Professional Certificate in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence from the same institution. In 2020, they pursued a Professional Certificate in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School. Prior to these certificates, they completed a Certificate in FinTech from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2018. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Global Market Strategy from Aalto University in 2014 and a Certificate in Product Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2012. In 1998, they earned a Certificate in Strategic Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and in 1997, they obtained a Certificate in Russian Language from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).

In terms of traditional degrees, Daniel Kraus holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Fordham University, a Bachelor of Science in Computational Physics from Fordham University, and pursued studies in Orchestral Conducting and Composition Studies at The Juilliard School.

In addition to their academic achievements, Daniel Kraus has also earned two certifications: Negitiated Rate (NRA) Compliance from Distribution Publications, Inc. (DPI), obtained in July 2022, and Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC-III) from Pragmatic Marketing.
