Rendi Meliala

Rendi Meliala has held various roles in their work experience. In 2011, they started as a Software Engineer Intern at Telekomunikasi Indonesia. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer and Project Manager at Lintasarta, where they analyzed and designed IT projects and managed the development process. In 2016, they became a Product Manager at Mistala Indonesia, where they collaborated with technical teams and vendors to deliver digital products aligned with company objectives. In 2017, they joined bolttech as a Product Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions according to user needs. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Tokopedia, first as a Senior Product Manager, then as a Product Manager Lead, and finally as the Communication & Media Platform Lead. In these roles, they managed communication products, drove product growth and revenue generation, and led career development for team members. In 2021, they served as the Head of Product at Otoklix, focusing on building products and empowering workshop partners in the car servicing industry. In 2022, they became the AVP of Product at Shipper, responsible for the product vision and the end-to-end fulfillment platform. Additionally, in 2020, they founded Motict, a platform for real-time automation and communication, and in 2017, they founded Wificolony, a PaaS WiFi management tool that helps businesses engage with customers and generate revenue.

Rendi Meliala completed their Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering from Telkom University, from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended SMA Taruna Nusantara and completed their High School education with a focus on Science from 2004 to 2007. Rendi has also obtained additional certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, and Microsoft Specialist.
