Riki Ramdhani

Riki Ramdhani has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2023, they joined Shipper as an Ops Relationship team member. Prior to that, from 2021 to the present time, they worked as a Data Entry Clerk at PT. Panata Bayu Nugraha. In 2022, they completed an internship program at Shipper as part of their Shipper Academy, focusing on Ops.Relationship. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Vaksinasi Merdeka. Additionally, Riki has customer service experience, having worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Bumame Farmasi until March 2022, and as a Customer Service Agent at the same company from January to March 2021.

Riki Ramdhani studied at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia from 2020 to 2024, pursuing a degree in Sistem Informasi Kelautan. Upon completion, they obtained a Gelar Sarjana.
