Tio Andira

Tio Andira is currently an Engineering Manager at Shipper, where they lead a team of software engineers in developing scalable shipping solutions. Previously, Tio served as a PHP Developer at Shipper, where they built core backend systems and enhanced reporting tools. Tio has also held various leadership roles, including Squad Leader and Back End Engineer Lead, where they focused on transitioning architectures and developing merchant-facing applications. They began their career as a Back End Developer at BlackGarlic and as a Staff Software Engineer at PT ERAPOINT GLOBALTAMA, where they developed employee attendance systems. Tio holds an Associate's degree in Information Management from Politeknik Negeri Padang.
