Jo Baker

Jo Baker is the Founder and CEO of ShipperHQ, a cloud-based shipping solution launched in 2014, and has been leading Zowta LLC since 2008 as CEO, overseeing the US operations and the development of the WebShopApps brand. Under Jo Baker's leadership, Zowta has become a Gold Technology Partner with Magento, creating over 150 shipping extensions. Previously, Jo Baker served as a Technical Specialist at Thomson Reuters and as a Technical Lead at EDS Defence, focusing on software architecture and project leadership. Jo Baker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Hull, earned between 1992 and 1995.
