Filipe Augusto is currently a Station Leader at Shippify Tecnologia, where they lead operations and implement continuous improvement practices in logistics to enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, they served as Supervisor of Operations II at Shippify and held leadership positions at CEVA Logistics and Lanternas Pradolux, where they focused on optimizing processes and team development. Filipe also gained valuable experience as an Almoxarifado Assistant at Rápido Campinas. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering at Anhanguera Educacional, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical operational skills.
