Yusuke Date

Yusuke Date is the VP of Human Resources at Shippio, Inc. since October 2023, focusing on transforming the trade and logistics industry by connecting business and organizational growth. They began their career at En Japan, where they held various business-side roles, including corporate sales and new business development, later leading the launch of HR-related services. From 2018 to 2023, Yusuke served as Executive Officer in charge of Human Resources at Bengo4.com, Inc., overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development for a growing team of over 500 employees. In 2019, they co-founded Jigyojin, providing executive development and organizational consulting to multiple companies. Yusuke holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Seijo University, completed in 2006.
