William On

William On is the Co-CEO and Co-founder of Shippit, an e-commerce shipping company based in Sydney, Australia.

Prior to joining Shippit, William was a Project Manager at National Australia Bank (UBank), where they were responsible for the bank's $500 million NextGen core banking project. William was also a member of the Business Readiness team that successfully delivered the Oracle Fusion Suite, migrated 300,000 customers, and converted UBank from an NBFI to an FI.

From 2012 to 2015, William worked as a Senior Manager at PwC Consulting, where they specialized in digital banking. During their time at PwC, William worked with a number of banks, including Beyond Bank, Kiwibank, ANZ, Santander, and Barclays.

Before their career in consulting, William was the owner and director of Every Man Jack, a men's grooming company that they introduced to Australia and New Zealand. William successfully obtained funding for the company and developed and executed a market entry strategy. In 2013, Every Man Jack was acquired by Via Salon.

William began their career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Australia in 2007. William remained with Deloitte for three years before moving on to National Australia Bank in 2010.

William On completed a BSc in Information Systems at UNSW.
