Denise Ragone

Denise Ragone has worked in various roles since 2012. Denise started their career as a Front-office trainee at Institut français Italia in 2012, followed by an Admissions Assistant role in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Italian Teacher at MIUR. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Academy Responsible at Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale, where they were responsible for the qualitative improvement of Italian language and culture courses, creation of teaching units and materials, teachers training and development of teaching best practices. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at EF Education First, first as a Regional Sales Director and Admission Responsible and then as a Senior account executive. In 2020, they took up the role of Sales Operation Manager and Sales Director at ShippyPro.

Denise Ragone has an extensive education history. Denise obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM in Lingue Moderne per la Comunicazione Internazionale from Università degli studi Roma TRE between 2011 and 2013. In 2014-2015, they completed a Master in Global Marketing, Comunicazione & Made in Italy from Centro studi Comunicare l'impresa. Denise also holds a Laurea triennale in Mediazione linguistico-culturale from Sapienza Università di Roma, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Deutschkurse from Idaf - Institut für Deutsch als Fremdsprache in 2011, French - Dalf C2 from Institut français Italia in 2010, and English course C1 from Arena School of English in 2009.
