Gaurab Ghosal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, logistics, and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager at Shiprocket since January 2022, Gaurab focuses on understanding client needs and collaborating with technical teams to design innovative solutions. Previously, as Regional Manager at Qykxpress, Gaurab led operations in East and North India, driving business expansion and profitability. Gaurab's earlier roles include Area Operations Manager at Swiggy, Assistant Manager at TAI Industries Ltd, and various trainee positions in aviation, establishing a strong foundation in analytics and team leadership.
