Ratnesh Kumar

Ratnesh Kumar is a Senior Data Analyst at Shiprocket since March 2023, responsible for building scalable data infrastructure and managing data pipelines using Kafka and Debezium. Previously, Ratnesh worked at Pickrr, where responsibilities included designing data pipelines, developing data models, and leading the creation of RTO Prediction models to minimize shipping costs. In earlier roles, Ratnesh served as a Business Analyst at Bulbul, focusing on KPI monitoring and operational improvements, and as a Data Analyst at RIVIGO, where efficiency in reporting processes was enhanced. Ratnesh holds a Master of Technology in Process Control from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology from Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology.
