Rekha Pradhan is currently the Cluster Head for Bangalore at Shiprocket, where they drive sales, operations, and business growth. Since 2019, Rekha has also been managing business development at ShopClues. With a long-standing role as a Customer Service Hostess at Transport Corporation of India Limited since 2007, they have built strong relationships with esteemed customers while handling various administrative responsibilities. Additionally, Rekha has worked as a Customer Service Executive at EXL since 2013, focusing on meeting customer needs and resolving inquiries effectively. Rekha holds a degree from Cotton College, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
