Ria Batra is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in brand strategy and management, currently serving as a Senior Director at Shiprocket since December 2024, leading the Engage 360 business. Prior to this role, Ria held positions as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from June 2022 to November 2024, and as a Brand Strategist for Global Business Solutions at ByteDance from June 2020 to May 2021, where brand strategies for Fortune 500 companies were developed based on consumer insights across various regions. Ria also worked as a Brand Manager in the Emerging Business Unit at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. from September 2017 to March 2020, spearheading the marketing efforts for the successful launch of 'Hong’s Kitchen'. Earlier experience includes serving as a Category Manager for the ex-grocery vertical at Blinkit, managing product categories across 18 cities in India.
