Umesh Chandra

Umesh Chandra is an experienced professional in the fields of strategy, growth, and analytics, currently serving as Associate Director (CoE) at Shiprocket since July 2021, where responsibilities include program and project management, strategy planning, and data-driven decision-making. Prior to this role, Umesh held various positions at Paytm from July 2014 to July 2021, progressing from Senior Associate to Manager in the Ecommerce division, focusing on improving consumer experience through strategic initiatives and team leadership. Umesh has also gained experience as Business Development Manager at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited and has a background in software engineering from Zven Technologies Sdn Bhd. Umesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and is currently pursuing a Master of Technology in Computer Science at Maharshi Dayanand University.
