Peter SH W. has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Peter SH began their career at MOIC Malaysia as a Seafreight/Logistics Executive. Peter SH then joined Maersk Line, where they held various roles including Branch Sales Executive, Owner's Representative in Dhaka, and Regional Manager for the Northern Region of Malaysia. Peter SH later became a Project Manager for the Global Information System at Maersk Line.

Peter then moved to Maersk Drilling as a Business Development Manager before joining Maersk Maritime Technology as a Business Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for implementing strategy and business plans, reporting on innovation projects, engaging with universities and maritime institutions, and evaluating innovation ideas for commercial value.

After their time at Maersk Maritime Technology, Peter worked as a Principal Consultant at LinNeo Consult. Here, they focused on strategic business and sales development, process excellence in shipping companies in South East Asia, and establishing partnerships with Asian clients.

Currently, Peter is working at ShipServ as the Sales Director - EMEA. Peter SH is responsible for helping the maritime industry create a more Simple, Secure, and Sustainable trade by speeding up the purchasing process for buyers and enabling suppliers to manage their order flow and refine their offerings. ShipServ's platform aims to drive further digital transformation in the industry with open connectivity.

Peter SH W. began their education in 1996 at the University of Michigan Business School, where they completed an Executive Development Program in General Management. In 1998, they attended Olympia Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing/General Management. From 2000 to 2002, Peter pursued an MBA degree at Nottingham Trent University in the field of General Management. In 2007, they attended the Management Centre Europe for further studies in General Management.
