Alex R.

Alex R. is a versatile professional with extensive experience in operations, logistics, and communications. Currently serving as a BPO Vendor Manager at Shipt since January 2020, Alex maintains relationships with multiple BPO partners, monitors vendor performance, and drives service excellence. Previous roles at Shipt include Experience Manager, overseeing a team of up to 120 employees, and various communications positions that required strong interdepartmental collaboration. Additional experience includes logistics coordination at Montgomery Transport, data management at TicketBiscuit, and customer service in the hospitality industry. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business from the University of North Alabama and has pursued studies in Criminal Justice and Forensic Technology. Alex is also an accomplished musician, co-leading a flexible musical performance team with the Alabama National Guard.
