Ann T. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, project management, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Shipt since April 2019, Ann has successfully built and scaled the company's first Learning & Development function, achieving high satisfaction scores and increased team engagement. Prior experience includes roles such as Creative Operations Manager at Target after its acquisition of Shipt, and project management positions at Twitter and Guardian Project. Ann's entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding luxury event planning and dining establishments, as well as founding Newberry Market, a specialty market at Uber's Oakland Headquarters. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Jose State University and completed foundational leadership training at Stagen Leadership Academy.
