Barbara Davis Gress

Barbara Davis Gress is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales development, innovation, and product management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Development and Innovation at Shipt since November 2021, Gress supports the concept-to-commercialization of new growth programs. Prior to this role, Gress was Head of Innovation at NFI, where oversight of the innovation program and governance led to enhancements in technology for service and product offerings. Gress's background includes significant positions at Ryder System, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from Director of Product Development & Innovation to Manager of Supply Chain Excellence, and early experience in roles at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, HP, and Nabisco. Gress holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance as well as Decision Science from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
