Bradley Mitchell

Bradley Mitchell is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in machine learning and recommendation systems. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist II at Shipt since October 2025, Bradley previously held positions as a Senior Data Scientist at Fetch Rewards and Shipt, where significant achievements included developing neural recommendation models for millions of users and increasing Add-To-Cart events through innovative algorithms. Prior experiences include leading data science teams at BoomTown and a background in software engineering, R&D, and military logistics. Bradley holds an MS in Computer Science, a BS in Management Information Systems, and a BA in Political Science from Auburn University.
