Eric Cotner

Eric Cotner is a Principal Data Scientist at Shipt, focusing on supply chain optimization and operations research. They previously held positions as a Senior Data Scientist and Lead Data Scientist at Shipt and Torqata Data and Analytics, respectively, where they developed optimization algorithms and machine learning models. Prior to their data science career, Eric researched theoretical elementary particles and cosmology as a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Elementary Particle Physics from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of California, San Diego.
