Joseph Ballard

Joseph Ballard serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Shipt since May 2023, where responsibilities encompass managing litigation related to class actions, mass arbitrations, personal injury claims, and general liability claims, as well as overseeing responses to subpoenas and search warrants. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Counsel at The Law Offices of T. Tamara Gauldin from May 2015 to May 2023, Senior Staff Attorney at Peterson White, LLP (July 2013 - May 2015), and various attorney positions at Lewis, Thomason, King, Krieg & Waldrop, P.C. (August 2007 - July 2013), Carpenter, O'Connor & Sterchi (August 2005 - July 2007), and Quist, Cone & Fisher (August 2004 - July 2005).
