Keaton Pickett is currently a Continuous Improvement Manager at Shipt, specializing in process performance analytics and stakeholder alignment. With a Lean Six Sigma foundation, Keaton has a proven track record of translating operational data into actionable strategies, achieving significant cost mitigation and customer retention through data insights. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Owner at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama and as an Implementation Project Manager - Innovation at Fetch Rewards. Keaton also contributed as a musician for The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps from 2016 to 2018 and has held multiple positions at Shipt, where they demonstrated a strong ability to enhance workflows in various operational environments.
