Kyle Marek-Spartz is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and resilience engineering. Currently serving as Director of Site Reliability Engineering at Shipt, Kyle has successfully transformed peak readiness approaches and significantly reduced on-call noise. Previous roles include Systems Development Manager at Amazon Web Services, where Kyle managed teams to automate processes and contributed to launching new regions, and Co-Founder of Celador, providing consultancy in data science and application development. Kyle's career also includes founding contributions to the Site Reliability Engineering team at Granicus and research roles at the University of Minnesota, complemented by advanced education, including an MBA focused on Leadership and Change Management from Hamline University and a BA in Linguistics from the University of Minnesota.
