Megan Doss

Megan Doss is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and event management. Currently serving on the Flex Team and Experience Team at Shipt since September 2020, Megan previously worked as a Box Office Manager at Live Nation Entertainment from March 2019 to October 2020, overseeing operations at Oak Mountain Amphitheater. Prior experience includes managing ticket sales and customer interactions at Iron City Birmingham from February 2015 to March 2019, as well as roles as a Sales Supervisor at David's Bridal and Store Manager at ALDO Group. Educated at both Jefferson State Community College and Southern Union State Community College, Megan has developed a diverse skill set in sales, team leadership, and effective communication.
