Sonali Sharma is an undergraduate learning assistant at Michigan State University since August 2019, providing support to professors and students in the general chemistry department. In addition to academic assistance, Sonali is also a personal shopper for Shipt, managing inventory and delivering exceptional customer service during the COVID-19 pandemic since May 2020.
