Timothy Eng is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity and product development, currently serving as Director of Engineering at Shipt since October 2021. Prior roles at Target included Principal Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the strategic direction of a mobile device portfolio and leadership of multiple Agile scrum teams, along with roles as Technical Architect Consultant and Senior Systems Engineer. Earlier experience includes software architecture and development positions at UnitedHealth Group and Harland Clarke, and programming at YADA Systems Inc. Timothy holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's Degree from St. Cloud State University, with additional leadership training from Stagen Leadership Academy.
