Tracy Hettwer, PMP®, SP®, currently serves as the Manager of Technical Program Management at Shipt, focusing on executive support and OKR metrics tracking after adapting to a new Technology role. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at EY, Tracy led significant client initiatives, emphasizing change management and Agile methodologies. Prior experience at Cargill includes successful project management in acquisitions and HR systems, where Tracy transitioned from a consulting role to a full-time position, managing high-profile programs with substantial budget control. Tracy also has a background in managing multiple global projects across various industries, showcasing versatility and adaptability in project management. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and Spanish from Concordia College.
