Walter Till

Walter Till, III is an experienced professional in employee engagement and organizational culture, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience and Head of Shopper Engagement at Shipt. Prior to this role, Walter held various positions at BBVA Compass, including Director of Employee Engagement and Culture Shift & Communications Manager, along with Change Management & Communications Manager. Earlier in Walter's career, performance support design was a focus at TSYS. Walter completed a degree at Auburn University between 2000 and 2004.
