Yasmina Bouriche

Yasmina Bouriche has accumulated extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Experiential Operations at Shipt since May 2020, where responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members on continuous improvement strategies. Prior roles at Shipt include Experience Manager and Experience Associate Manager. Yasmina also worked as a Communications Specialist, facilitating communication with various stakeholders and setting measurable goals. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Automatic Seafood and Oysters and Pihakis Restaurant Group, where roles ranged from General Manager to Sales and Marketing Specialist. Yasmina's career began at Dunkin Donuts as Shift Team Lead. Yasmina holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is currently enrolled in the Stagen Leadership Academy. Education also includes a High School Diploma in Mathematics from Debbih Cherif Secondary in Algeria.
