Sonal Gupta

Sonal Gupta is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and administration. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Shipway since February 2021, Sonal has previously held the role of Deputy Manager HR at Bharat Road Carrier Private Limited from April 2017 to November 2019, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, maintenance of HR records, training, compliance with statutory obligations, and various welfare activities. Earlier experience as an HR Administrator at CARE India from January 2014 to July 2016 further strengthened Sonal's HR expertise. Educational qualifications include a PGPM + MBA in Human Services from Unitedworld School of Business, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from Thakur College of Science and Commerce.
