Tom Dorazio

Tom Dorazio has over 30 years of experience in product management, operations, and dispatch. Tom began their career in 1989 as an Operations/Dispatch at Dart Transit. Tom then moved to Pitney Bowes Transportation Software in 1990 as a Product Manager. In 1994, they joined Express Systems Ltd. as Director of Operations. From 1996 to 1999, they were a Product Manager at General Electric Information Systems. At Oracle from 1999 to 2005, they were a Product Management Manager, where they managed teams of product managers and functional architects/business analysts on multi-million dollar international projects. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Senior Product Manager at Solera, Inc. Tom then joined PeopleNet as Director of Product Management from 2008 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been a Senior Product Manager at Explore Information Services, where they have had roadmap responsibilities for the Supervision product portfolio, including a suite of SaaS products and mobile applications. Tom has also been directly training and mentoring Associate Product Managers, developing long-term product strategies, and maximizing revenue growth potential. Tom currently holds the role of Senior Product Manager at Shipwell, a position they have held since 2020.

Tom Dorazio attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) degree in Logistics Management.
