Paul Krane

Paul Krane possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and solutions engineering, currently serving as Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Solutions Engineering at ShipWise since March 2008. This role involves collaboration with Sales, Support, Implementation, and Development teams to enhance the DesktopShipper.com processes, ultimately aiming to improve client success. Prior to ShipWise, Paul held positions such as Senior Implementation Specialist at Intelligent Business Systems, LLC, and Customer Service Manager at Pacific Book Company, along with earlier roles including IT Director at HADCO and Test Engineer. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math/Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed between 1987 and 1991.
