Mantas B.

Mantas B. has had a varied and extensive work experience. In 2007, they began working as an independent IT consultant, providing web project development and deployment, SEO optimization, and UI design. In 2010, they began working as a software developer for IpTune, where they were responsible for the design and deployment of IPTUNE Service Manager solution, analysis of mobile operators IP data services, and troubleshooting. Mantas also worked as an assistant coach for Tapiolan Honka in the same year. In 2012, they worked as a software developer for Dream Broker Oy, where they were responsible for front-end development of Dream Broker Studio. In 2013, they became the CEO and Co-founder of Dalinuosi.lt, where they developed products in the most cost effective manner within quality standards, lead strategic planning to achieve business goals, and established and monitored a web analytics regime. In the same year, they also founded and became the CEO of TAMMI, where they oversaw production engineering department to attain maximum efficiency in the design and production of legal web-based products, reviewed, analyzed and approved the department’s operational and project budgets, and drove the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. In 2021, they became the Head of Websites performance at Hostinger International, and in 2022 they became the Chief Technology Officer at Shipzee, Inc.

Mantas B. studied Computer Science at Alytus College in Alytus, Lithuania from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, they attended Plantjin University of Applied Sciences in Antwerp, Belgium, where they received a degree in Business Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. That same year, they also attended Laurea University of Applied Sciences in Espoo, Finland, where they earned a degree in International Student Exchange/Degree Programme in Business Information Systems, focusing on Interconnecting Networks and Innovative Projects in BIT.
