Malcolm Workman

Malcolm Workman is currently the COO at Shire Leasing. Prior to this, they served as the Risk Director - Asset Finance at Aldermore Bank PLC from April 2012 to October 2014. Malcolm was also the Head of Operations UK and Nordics at Siemens Financial Services Ltd from January 2002 to April 2012.

Malcolm has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Malcolm is a key member of the Asset Finance Board and the Banks Group Credit Committee. Malcolm is responsible for setting the risk strategy (1st and 2nd line) and ICAAP requirement, lending criteria, underwriting, auditing, provisioning, asset management, commercial documentation and automated credit decision infrastructure.
