Caroline Foo

Caroline Foo serves as the President Director of Shiseido Cosmetics Indonesia, where they lead a talented team focused on beauty innovations and building local talent. With over 20 years of experience in general management, consumer marketing, and business development across the ASEAN region, they previously held key positions at Citi, Procter & Gamble, and L'Oréal. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with First Class Honours, majoring in Finance, from University Putra Malaysia, where they are currently pursuing their studies.
