Cremel Patrick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in visual merchandising and retail design within the beauty industry. Currently serving as the Head of VM & Retail Design at Shiseido since March 2019, Cremel leads a team responsible for creating visual merchandising and store designs for eight of the company's brands across the EMEA region. Previously, Cremel co-founded Kinese Lab, focusing on immersive virtual reality techniques and qualitative sensory studies. Other notable positions include Director of Retail Store Design & Visual Merchandising at L'Oréal, Global Design Manager for Max Factor at Procter & Gamble, and International Merchandising Manager at Bourjois. Cremel began a career in design as an Artistic Director at Cartier and has held various design and project management roles in esteemed firms. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Creation from ENSCI-Les Ateliers.
