Iris Yu possesses extensive experience in the luxury skincare and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the China Brand Director for Shiseido since July 2022, Iris Yu is responsible for the top luxury skin care brand THE GINZA, overseeing various functions including P&L, marketing, retail sales, e-commerce, public relations, media, and customer relationship management. Prior to Shiseido, Iris Yu held the position of Communications & PR Director for China at La Prairie Group from October 2010 to June 2022 and served as the Marketing Communications Director at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from 2005 to 2010. Iris Yu earned an MBA from East China Normal University.
