Toshiki Sudo

Toshiki Sudo serves as the Strategy Group Manager in the Sustainability Strategy Acceleration Department at Shiseido since January 2024. Previously, Sudo worked as a Project Manager at Fast Retailing from May 2022 to January 2024. A significant portion of Sudo's career, spanning from April 2009 to May 2022, was at Japan Tobacco International (JTI), where various roles included Director of Sustainability Management and CSR Manager, focusing on sustainability strategy management, supply chain management, ESG, enterprise risk management, and materiality. Additional experience at JTI includes roles as a CRM - Value Creation Manager, Winston Brand Manager, Camel Brand Strategy & Portfolio Manager, and other brand and communication positions. Sudo's career began at the Tobacco Institute of Japan from April 2007 to June 2009 as a Manager and included an earlier role as Area Sales Manager at JTI from April 2004 to March 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accountancy from California State University, Fresno, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Fresno City College.
