Mackenzie Inch has a diverse work experience in both education and customer success roles. Mackenzie started their career as a Middle School Math Teacher at Channelside Academy of Math and Science from August 2012 to July 2014. In this role, they taught grade 4-8 students Math, utilized differentiated instruction, incorporated real-world applications, and helped students master Florida State Standards.
Following their teaching experience, Mackenzie joined Shmoop in October 2014 as a Sales Representative. Mackenzie eventually transitioned into the role of Customer Success Manager, where they managed the implementation, training, and renewals of all East Coast current customers. Mackenzie facilitated professional development sessions through webinars, on-site visits, and conferences. Their responsibilities also included growing small accounts into district-wide partnerships and managing Shmoop's Virtual School partnerships. From September 2019 to December 2020, they served as a Customer Success Manager, and from January 2021 to June 2021, they held the position of Customer Success Manager, Team Lead. Mackenzie is currently the Manager of Customer Success, a role they started in June 2021.
Mackenzie Inch obtained a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State University, which they attended from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they have an ESOL Endorsement, however, no information regarding the institution or the year of obtaining the certification is available.
